Account deletion
This page explains how to delete a VEER account used by Veer Commander, Veer Replay, and the website. You can read these steps without signing in.
In Veer Commander or Veer Replay
- Sign in with the account you want to remove.
- Open Profile, then Delete account.
- Confirm it is your account, acknowledge any App Store or Google Play billing, then choose Delete account.
On the website
Sign in and open account settings, then choose Delete account and confirm.
What is removed
Deletion removes the profile, sign-in credentials, stored telematics and video files for that account, and related personal records. An App Store or Google Play subscription keeps billing until you cancel it in that store. Website subscriptions are cancelled as part of deletion. Records needed for security, billing disputes, or legal claims may be kept for as long as those purposes require.
